A few years ago, I purchased a condo in Vero Beach that need extensive renovations. I was very fortunate to engage the services of Sam Hjalmeby to manage the complete job.I have been involved with many such undertakings and I have never had a better experience than with Sam. Sam listened to my ideas and needs and offered very professional insight into bringing about my visions for the condo.When I contacted Sam, he always got back to me in a timely fashion. The entire job was done on schedule and he always accommodated my requests for changes along the way. The job was done beautifully. When I wanted the construction of an outdoor pavilion with a fireplace, I contracted Samuel Jan Homes and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the final product. His design and construction of the beautiful pavilion has increased the value of my property immensely. He was able to blend the “old” with the “new” and made it look like it was always there. He supervised the work from beginning to end to the minor details, and the final product was high quality besides beautiful. Snowbirds……. Have you ever tried to remodel a house from a different state? During Covid we did just that, total leap of faith that the process would go smoothly, on time and on budget, without needing to be there for the process.Sam at Samuel Construction exceeded our expectations. Excellent communication (I.e. patience, since we bugged him constantly!). Quality of work was excellent. Very happy we chose Samuel Construction and HIGHLY recommend them.
Working with Sam and his company was a wonderful experience.
